We offer a free consultation to discuss your health and fitness history, goals, motivations and aspirations. This is an important part of the personal training journey as it provides us with an insight into your life and helps us formulate a fitness plan that is right for you. We also offer nutritional advice so your body on the inside, is in the best position to facilitate your goals for your body on the outside.
Based in Hindhead, Surrey, we serve the local surrounding area, including Haslemere, Beacon Hill, Grayshott, Churt, Tilford and Farnham. Please get in touch if your area isn’t listed, as we are happy to travel.
Personal training sessions can take place at a time and location to suit you; this could be at a local park or your home address where we effectively bring the gym to you!
