ASRI Fitness outdoor bootcamp sessions are a great way to improve your physical fitness, whilst enjoying the supportive benefits of a group exercise class.
We want to keep exercising fresh, engaging and fun, so no two sessions are ever the same. We utilise different types of fitness training systems, so workouts could include running, high intensity interval training, strength and conditioning, and functional fitness. Exercises may be performed using body weight, or we have an extensive range of kit we bring to sessions.
We like to challenge our members, so sessions will be tough and fun in equal measure; as trainers, we push you to get the most out of each and every workout, ensuring you leave feeling proud of what you have achieved. Sessions are engaging, fun and best of all, you will get a good dose of vitamin D whilst you’re working out!
Our experienced trainers ensure exercises are adapted to suit individual fitness levels and experience, making ASRI bootcamp accessible to everyone. Our friendly members are welcoming, encouraging and consistently supportive, so you don’t just benefit from the endorphoins of a great workout, you also get a great boost from the bootcamp community spirit.
Rain or shine, ASRI bootcamp offers welcome variety to any exercise routine: being in nature, working hard, and feeling accomplished – a great way to start or end any day. With classes held early mornings, evenings and weekends, there is always a time and a place for you to feel great.

ASRI Bootcamp Class Timetable

We run ASRI Bootcamp sessions 4 days a week, and at various times: early mornings, evenings and weekends. You can mix it up with the session you come to each week, or choose to attend a specific session – whatever works for your schedule. Alternatively, choose to maximise on your fitness opportunities with an unlimited membership – attend 4 sessions a week!

Monday: 6.15-7.15pm

Wednesday: 6.15-7.15pm

First Wednesday of the Month = 'LIMITLESS' Session

Friday: 6.15-7.00am

Saturday: 8-9am

Not quite ready for the fully fledged, Bootcamp experience?

No problem. We understand that starting a new exercise regime can be daunting, especially if you lack confidence in your own fitness. Beginner bootcamp is the perfect first step.
Our 6 week Beginner’s Bootcamp course will introduce you to the exercise movements and equipment in a supportive, smaller group environment. You will make new friends, increase your fitness, and build your confidence, before transitioning to our regular Bootcamp classes.
