Beginner’s Bootcamp Course
What is Beginner’s Bootcamp?
Starting a new fitness regime can be very daunting, especially if you lack confidence in your own fitness. Attending that first session can feel like climbing an unassailable mountain; anxiety can take over and prevent us from taking that first step. At ASRI Fitness we want to encourage you from the outset and that means creating an environment that is fun, inclusive, and most importantly, supportive.
Our 6 week ‘Beginner’s Bootcamp’ course will enable you to develop your fitness at a pace that you are comfortable with. You will learn the exercise movements and be introduced to Bootcamp in a manner that will allow you to build confidence and increase your fitness; you will also make friends and discover a new love of fitness!
After the 6 week course, you will have all of the skills and confidence to progress into our regular sessions where you will be met with a fantastic bunch of members who will welcome you and support you as you continue your fitness journey.
Courses will be run every three months so please book early to secure your place!
